Nemanja Radovic, one of the main players of Murcia, made history for the club in the last round of the Endesa League during the victory against Granada.
Murcia won with a score of 91:78, and the Montenegrin representative contributed with six points. In doing so, he became the top scorer in the club’s history in the Endesa League, scoring 2,084 points. Ralph McPherson, the long-time leader, is now in second place.
“An incredible moment, I am excited. A special moment for me, in a special club like Murcia, where I feel at home,” said Nemanja Radovic after the game.
He joined the club from Spain ten years ago, where he spent seven seasons, and then returned again in 2020. His current contract ties him to Murcia until 2025.
The team’s good performances in the current season have enabled them to compete in the Cup. Their opponent in the quarterfinals will be Real Madrid. They defeated Real Madrid earlier in January.
