The 26-year-old North Macedonian national player had a remarkable period in Russia. He spent two years with Unics, with whom he won the VTB League in the 2022/23 season and was named the MVP of the playoffs.
This season, the team from Kazan failed to defend their title, but Nenad Dimitrijevic elevated his game to an even higher level, earning the title of the most valuable player of the entire competition.
On average, he recorded 19 points, 6.6 assists, and 3.6 rebounds, although his team lost in the finals to CSKA. Besides Unics, he has also played for Joventut and Valencia in his career. The arrival of Dimitrijevic in Milano has been talked about for a long time, and now the collaboration has been officially confirmed.
Regarding Milano, the club has seen the departure of Nicolo Melli and Devon Hall, while Shabazz Napier, Kyle Hines, Johannes Voigtmann, Alex Poythress, and Billy Baron are currently without contracts, raising significant questions about whether any of them will remain in the fashion capital next season.
