Nikola Mirotic will not be part of Milano’s lineup in the EuroLeague match against Partizan scheduled for Thursday, December 7th.
According to Sport Klub reports, sources from Italy indicate that the former Spanish national team player will be absent from the court for approximately a month due to an injury.
Yesterday, it was announced that Mirotic is dealing with inflammation of the left Achilles tendon, and it seems that the situation is quite serious.
Nikola Mirotic has not missed a single game in the current EuroLeague season, despite frequently facing issues with this injury in recent weeks. In the EuroLeague, he is performing very well, averaging 17.6 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game. Milano currently holds a 4-7 record in the EuroLeague.
During the past summer, Mirotic was often linked to Partizan, and statements from the black and white camp even suggested that the transfer was practically agreed upon. However, in the end, there was no fruition to Mirotic’s arrival in Belgrade.
