Oded Kattash, the head coach of Maccabi Tel Aviv, spoke ahead of the 16th round EuroLeague match in which his team faces Crvena Zvezda in Belgrade.
Maccabi Tel Aviv will host Crvena Zvezda at the “Aleksandar Nikolic” arena in Belgrade, playing in front of empty stands. The “Pride of Israel” currently holds a record of nine wins and six losses, coming off a victory against Baskonia in the previous round at the same venue.
“In preparations for the second game of a double-header, the focus is less on tactics. We need to rely on things we did before. The opponents are strong in offensive rebounds and the number of possessions, so it will be a high-paced game,” said Maccabi Tel Aviv head coach Oded Kattash in the preview of the match.
The Maccabi Tel Aviv vs. Crvena Zvezda game is scheduled for Thursday at 20:05.
