Oscar da Silva, former Barcelona player, is Bayern’s new signing, confirmed by the Munich club on social media.
A few days ago, Bayern lost their head coach as Pablo Laso left Munich to return to Baskonia. Nevertheless, this did not hinder them from completing their first signing of the summer with da Silva, who has signed a three-year contract with the German club.

Oscar da Silva wore the Barcelona jersey last season, playing 37 games in the EuroLeague and averaging 3.4 points and 2.8 rebounds, highlighting his role in the Catalan team.
Before Barcelona, the German international played for Alba Berlin and Ludwigsburg, and now he will play in his hometown for the first time in his career.
Bayern hasn’t been very active in the market so far. Alongside Pablo Laso, the club has also seen Sylvain Francisco leave to join Zalgiris, as well as Jan Niklas Wimberg.
Among the players whose contracts have expired are Nick Weiler-Babb, Carsen Edwards, Isaac Bonga, Serge Ibaka, and Elias Harris.
