Panathinaikos defeated Aris by 76:65 in the semifinals of the Greek Cup.
Panathinaikos was the better team on the court throughout the entire game, with the largest lead reaching 17 points. Aris found a better offensive rhythm in the fourth quarter, but by then it was too late to stage a comeback. Mathias Lessort was ejected during the second quarter due to two technical fouls.
Kendrick Nunn was the top scorer for Panathinaikos with 20 points, while Vasileios Toliopoulos stood out for Aris with 21 points.
Panathinaikos will play in the final of the Greek Cup against the winner between Olympiacos and Promitheas. On the way to the Greek Cup final, Panathinaikos had to defeat AEK as well.
