Orlando Magic and Paolo Banchero delivered an excellent game against the Cleveland Cavaliers, securing a win by 103:96.
This highly intriguing NBA playoffs series will only be decided after the seventh game. Orlando Magic started the game strong, but the Cleveland Cavaliers managed to close the gap to just four points by the end of the first quarter. The second quarter saw an evenly matched contest, with neither team able to impose their rhythm and build a significant lead.
In the third quarter, the visitors from Cleveland showed significant improvement. Led by the outstanding performance of Donovan Mitchell, they turned the game around and entered the final quarter with a five-point lead.
However, Magic once again showcased their formidable defense, allowing only 18 points to their opponents. Meanwhile, Paolo Banchero displayed his offensive prowess, helping Orlando Magic secure their third victory in the series.
Banchero led the winning team with 27 points, supported by Franz Wagner with 26 points and an excellent contribution from Jalen Suggs with 22 points. On the other side, the incredible Mitchell scored 50 points, and Darius Garland added 21, with Max Strus being the only other double-digit scorer.
The decisive seventh game will take place in Cleveland on May 5th at 7 PM.
