Patrick Beverley, Milwaukee Bucks player, spoke out about the incident with the fan that occurred in Game 6 against the Indiana Pacers.
The Milwaukee Bucks were relatively easily defeated in the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs by the Indiana Pacers with a 4-2 score. They could argue that they couldn’t count on their best player, Giannis Antetokounmpo, while Damian Lillard played in five out of six games but also struggled with an injury, so it may not have been realistic for the weakened Bucks to eliminate the Pacers.
Near the end of Game 6, frustrated Patrick Beverley got into a confrontation with a Pacers fan, whom he hit with a ball. Now he has posted a video on his podcast’s X profile explaining his stance on the situation.
“Unfortunate situation that should have never happened. What I did was bad and that should have never happened. I have to be better and I will be better. That should have never happened. Regardless of what was said, that should have never happened. Simple as that,” Beverley explained.
