After being swept 4-0 in the series against the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Phoenix Suns have decided to make a radical move.
The greater the expectations in sports, the greater the disappointments in sports. When you have players like Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and Bradley Beal on your team, anything less than a championship will be considered a failure. That fate has now befallen Frank Vogel.
Vogel is back on the job market after 19 seasons on NBA sidelines as an assistant or head coach. He’s spent his last 12 NBA seasons as a head coach, including previous stints with the Los Angeles Lakers, Orlando Magic and Indiana Pacers. He coached the Lakers to an NBA championship in the 2019-20 season.
The Phoenix Suns, on the other hand, will now look for a third head coach in as many years.
