Promitheas and Peristeri secured wins in the last two games of today’s Greek Basket League program, in the 20th round.
Promitheas defeated AEK 91-87 on the road in a match that started sluggishly, with only a combined 31 points scored in the opening. However, the situation changed drastically as both teams found their offensive rhythm, and Promitheas managed to take an eight-point lead into halftime.
AEK responded strongly and managed to overturn the situation by the end of the third quarter. However, Promitheas emerged victorious after a fierce battle in the fourth quarter.

Leading the way were Hunter Hale with 21 points and Cameron Reynolds with 13 points. Jordan Morgan led the home team with 16 points, while former Partizan player Ioannis Kouzeloglou stood out with 15 points.
The duel between Peristeri and Apollon was also interesting, with Peristeri emerging victorious on the road with a score of 74-63. The decisive factor was the second quarter, where the visitors allowed only six points, leaving no chance for Apollon to come back.
Vassilis Spanoulis‘ team was led by Trevor Thompson with 14 points, while Elijah Mitrou-Long contributed 11. Serbian international Nemanja Dangubic finished the game with nine points. On the other side, Malik Osborne recorded 18 points and nine rebounds.
