Scottie Barnes and Trae Young will indeed participate in this year’s NBA All-Star game, replacing the injured Joel Embiid and Julius Randle.
This means that Darko Rajakovic and the Toronto Raptors will have their All-Star representation, as Scottie Barnes will make an appearance at this year’s gathering of the league’s biggest stars, held in Indianapolis. The Raptors’ power forward has been performing remarkably this year, averaging 20.2 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 5.8 assists. This will mark the young basketball player’s first All-Star appearance.
On the other hand, Atlanta Hawks’ guard, Trae Young, is having a relatively weaker season compared to previous years. Nevertheless, it was sufficient for Young to appear as a reserve in Indianapolis. This season, the Hawks’ basketball player is averaging 27.3 points and additionally recording 10.9 assists. Despite his impressive numbers, his team is performing much weaker than in previous years. This will mark Young’s third appearance at the All-Star game.
