The black-and-white team looked decent in the beginning of the second quarter, but then Shane Larkin and Tyrique Jones took control, leading a 10:0 run (34:27). Even Zeljko Obradovic’s time-out couldn’t change the situation, as Anadolu Efes quickly gained a double-digit lead – 44:34. Partizan managed to cut the deficit with five consecutive points, then imposed their rhythm by the end of the first half, led by Alen Smailagic– 50:45.
