James Harden will soon show up at Philadelphia’s practice, given that his trade talks have ended by the Sixers.
The former Arizona State student is one of the main topics in the NBA. Harden exercised his option this summer for $35.6 million, which should have facilitated the trade. However, Harden insisted on going to the Los Angeles Clippers, but that won’t be easy. President of basketball operations in 76ers, Daryl Morey, made it clear he wasn’t going to trade Harden for anything but a fair return:
“If we don’t get either a very good player or something that we can turn into a very good player then we’re just not going to do it.“

However, after several days of negotiations, Philadelphia halted trade talks. According to ESPN, Morey’s asking price was too high for all teams, including the Clippers. The Philadelphia 76ers are prepared to bring the 10-time All-Star to training camp according to the same source.
Harden averaged 21.0 points, 10.7 assists and 6.1 rebounds in 58 games this past season. Before 76ers he played for Oklahoma City Thunder, Houston Rockets and Brooklyn Nets.
