The group stage match of the FIBA Champions League between Hapoel Holon and Bursaspor has been postponed due to security reasons.
This match was originally scheduled to be played on November 8th in Istanbul. However, due to well-known security concerns, the game has been rescheduled for November 29th.
In an official statement, the FIBA Champions League emphasized that the number one priority at this moment is the safety of players, coaches, and fans. A new start time for the game will be announced in the coming days. Hapoel is already facing issues as AEK’s fans are unwilling to have the Israeli team play in their arena.
