The president of Mornar, Djordjije Pavicevic, has been arrested at the request of the Special State Prosecutor’s Office of Montenegro.
In addition to the president of Mornar, two officials from the Tax and Customs Administration, I.K. and V.Dj., as well as a former employee of Pavicevic’s company, N.K., have also been arrested.
“On the order of the Special State Prosecutor’s Office, and after the search of the premises of the company ‘P’ LLC B., the Special Police Department arrested Đ.P., the founder and responsible person of the company, as well as a former employee of the company N.K. and two officials from the Tax and Customs Administration I.K. and V.Dj., on suspicion of committing the criminal offenses of creating a criminal organization, forgery of an official document, and smuggling with assistance,” announced prosecutor and spokesperson of SDT Vukas Radonjic to “Vijesti.”
Criminal charges will be filed against the suspected individuals, but also against the suspected legal entity “P” LLC B. and three suspected legal entities, “A. D. C.,” “A.,” and “L.I.,” based abroad:
“Because there are grounds to suspect that they have committed the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization.”
