Trae Young is considered one of the best NBA players, and the Atlanta Hawks point guard believes he deserves a place at the Olympic Games.
We are used to the fact that the Olympics are the biggest challenge for American basketball players. This is supported by the roster that will be found at the upcoming World Cup, where there are no big stars.
However, it is clear that in Paris next year there will be a totally different picture. Names like Steph Curry have expressed their desire to perform, so there is no doubt that there will be huge competition among the players themselves.

In addition to Steph Curry, Trae Young also expressed his desire to perform. The Hawks’ best player is not part of the aforementioned World Cup squad, but believes he should be among the passengers for the Olympics.
“I definitely want to. It’s up to them if they want me to. I would love to play with guys and show off my passing even more and not have to go out and score a lot and just be there if they need me. I’d be happy to, obviously, but I respect the OGs and understand you have to take your turn, but I believe I should be on there.” – Young said on the Gil’s Arena podcast.
Last season, Young averaged 26.2 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 10.2 assists over 73 games.
