Sacramento Kings’ basketball player Sasha Vezenkov just can’t find his rhythm when it comes to the NBA.
Sasha Vezenkov is struggling with an injury, which will keep him off the court for around two months, according to the latest estimates.
It’s a wrist injury, a new setback after the Bulgarian basketball player returned following a seven-game hiatus due to the same issues.
Everything became complicated during a Sacramento Kings practice on February 10, after he was given a total of 22 minutes in two games between the same injuries.
He scored three points against the Detroit Pistons and six points against the Denver Nuggets, slightly below his season average.
Vezenkov is averaging 5.6 points and 2.5 rebounds in his rookie season over 35 games. The power forward previously played for the Greek team Olympiacos, with whom he reached the EuroLeague finals last season. In the red and white jersey, he was one of Europe’s best players before embarking on his NBA journey.
The Sacramento Kings currently sit in seventh place in the Western Conference with a record of 30-22.
