Vanja Marinkovic could return to Partizan this summer, as his contract with Baskonia is soon to expire.
As reported by Backdoorpodcast, Vanja Marinkovic is not too keen on staying in Spain, where he has played for Valencia and Baskonia over the past five years. The portal also highlights that there are already contacts between the Serbian player and Partizan, making his return to Belgrade increasingly likely.
Vanja Marinkovic played for Partizan from 2013 to 2019. In the current EuroLeague season, he is considered one of the best players of Baskonia, averaging 10.8 points per game.
It is worth noting that Baskonia is currently in a playoff series against Real Madrid, trailing 2-0. The next game will be played in Vitoria.
