Nikola Jokic used his break during the Denver Nuggets’ training for none other than horse scouting.
The NBA league shared a video on its Twitter account as proof of this story, featuring a conversation between the popular “Joker” and Jamal Murray.
Murray, the Nuggets’ guard, was curious about what the Serbian basketball player was up to, and Jokiฤ’s response about scouting horses certainly took him by surprise. In the continuation of their conversation, Nikola Jokic revealed that he owns “seven, eight… ten, twelve horses.“
The Denver Nuggets will begin their defense of the NBA title on October 25th, with their first-round opponent being the Los Angeles Lakers.
