Vasilije Micic delivered another strong performance in the NBA preseason game between Oklahoma and Detroit, although the Thunder suffered a loss.
Oklahoma was defeated by Detroit 118-116 in Tulsa. Serbian point guard Vasilije Micic displayed versatility in his team’s loss, scoring eight points, grabbing four rebounds, and dishing out six assists. This was also the most effective game for the former EuroLeague MVP since his arrival in the NBA.
In the winning team, the top performers were Ausar Thompson with 18 points, Marcus Sasser with 17, Cade Cunningham with 14, Jaden Ivey with 13, and Jalen Duren with 11 points. On the other side, the standout players included Jalen Williams with 20 points, Josh Giddey with 14, and Cason Wallace with 13 points.

Chicago, despite an excellent performance by Nikola Vucevic, fell to Minnesota 114-105 (28:20, 24:31, 36:25, 26:29). Vucevic finished the game with 21 points, ten rebounds, and four assists. Luka Garza, the young man from Bosnia and Herzegovina, contributed 11 points and four rebounds.
In the other games, Boston defeated Charlotte 127-99, Phoenix convincingly won against the Los Angeles Lakers 123-100, Sacramento outperformed Utah Jazz 116-113, and Nikola Jokic led Denver to a win over the Clippers.
