Virtus secured a routine victory at home against Treviso with a score of 91:77, marking their sixth triumph of the season in the domestic championship during the seventh round of Serie A.
Following a surprising away defeat to Cremona in the previous round, the team from Bologna did not allow another upset on their home court.
Luca Banchi‘s team played excellently for three quarters, and thanks to some relaxation in the final quarter, the visitors left with ‘only’ a 10-point difference. Virtus led 72:47 before the last 10 minutes, making it clear they would secure the victory.
