Milano managed to defeat Cremona by 73:72 after a suspenseful ending, but even that wasn’t enough to secure the first place on the table (same record as Virtus: 22-8).
Milano trailed in the score for almost 34 minutes, but in the final stretch, they secured win with a 5:0 run. Cremona managed to establish a lead of up to 14 points at one point.
Milano was led to win by the in-form Nikola Mirotic with 25 points.
