In a very important game, Promitheas played a fantastic game against AEK from Athens, where they held control throughout all four quarters. Leading them to win was the unstoppable Australian Hunter Hale with 29 points, while for the losing team Mindauskas Kuzminskas led them with 15 points. AEK thus remained last in the Group L while Promitheas advanced as the second team.
In the other game of this group Hapoel Holon faced Murcia and the Israeli team triumphed wby 64:60. Leading them to win was Justin Singh-Smith with 20 points and 7 rebounds, while for the losing team Marko Todorovic was the most productive with 23 points and 11 rebounds. Hapoel Holon finished the group stage as third, tied in points with Promitheas, but with a worse head-to-head record, they are eliminated from the competition, while Murcia advances as the first-placed team.
