Zalgiris will have to play without one of their best players when it comes to the EuroLeague in the upcoming game against Milano in the 32nd round.
This was revealed by the coach of the Lithuanian team, Andrea Trinchieri, at the press conference before the clash, stating that they will not be able to count on Rolands Smits.
The Latvian representative has been experiencing ankle problems since mid-this month, which, as Trinchieri says, they will have to accept and fight without him.
Smits has been performing exceptionally well this season and is a very reliable player for Zalgiris, where he decided to stay despite certain offers last summer.
