“We did a much better job than in the first game. We shared the ball. We didn’t play selfishly like in the first game. We had better shooting percentages, and we won. We know how tough it is to play at their place, but we’re ready. If we play like tonight, we know what to do. It’s all in our hands,” said Alex Abrines, who finished the game with nine points.
The series now moves to the “Peace and Friendship Stadium,” where the team from Piraeus will try to confirm their break and qualify for the Final Four. The third game is scheduled for Tuesday at 8:30 PM.
