In last night’s win of the Indiana Pacers against the Milwaukee Bucks, Tyrese Haliburton played a spectacular game.
Last night’s game was another confirmation that the NBA is the most exciting and spectacular league in the world. In an exceptional game, Tyrese Haliburton scored the game-winning shot in overtime, leading the Indiana Pacers to a 2-1 series lead. Prior to that, Kris Middleton sent the game into overtime with an incredible three-pointer for his team, finishing with an outstanding 42 points and nine rebounds in their defeat.
However, he was overshadowed by Tyrese Haliburton, who, despite his poor three-point shooting (1-12), managed to record a triple-double with 18 points, 10 rebounds, and a phenomenal 16 assists.
Haliburton thus became only the fourth player in the history of the Indiana Pacers to achieve a triple-double in the NBA playoffs, following in the footsteps of Mark Jackson, Paul George, and Victor Oladipo. His 16 assists also rank as the second-best performance in franchise history in terms of assists. Remarkably, he accomplished all of this in just his third playoff game of his career.
With the Pacers now leading 2-1, the next game will be played on Monday at 1:00 AM.
