Adam Hanga, player for Crvena Zvezda, broke his left hand in today’s training session, which will lead to a break in the upcoming period.
Due to the fracture of the third metacarpal bone of the left hand, the Hungarian national team player will undergo examinations, after which it will be known whether the injury will be treated surgically or by other means, as well as more detailed information about how long Hanga will be sidelined, the club announced.
Adam Hanga has already had injury problems this season. At the beginning of the season, he had a break due to a knee injury, after which he took a long time to find his form. Lately, he has been playing exceptionally well and has been one of the best players for the red and whites.
The Hungarian national team player is averaging 8 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 2.4 assists in the EuroLeague this season. In the ABA League, his averages are slightly lower at 6.3 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 2.6 assists. Crvena Zvezda will play their next ABA League game against Studentski centar on Monday.
