Today’s EuroLeague schedule features four games that will mark the end of the regular season of the elite competition.
After these games, it will be clear who plays whom in the play-in, and the entire framework for the playoffs will be completed. The games in Piraeus and Bologna could be particularly interesting. A lot depends on the outcomes of those matches.
20:15 Olympiacos – Fenerbahce
Barcelona and Monaco will know their opponents after the clash in Piraeus. The winner of the Olympiacos – Fenerbahce duel will face Barcelona in the quarterfinals. The loser will play against Monaco in the quarterfinal series.
For the red and whites, Michalis Lountzis, Nikola Milutinov, and Filip Petrusev are questionable. On the other side, Raul Neto, Yigit Hamza, and Johnathan Motley will not play. Amine Noua and Sertac Sanli are also questionable.
20:30 Partizan – Valencia
If Crvena Zvezda had defeated Anadolu Efes yesterday, this match would have been crucial for Partizan’s play-in placement. Since that scenario did not happen, this match does not have special significance in terms of results. Therefore, the EuroLeague this season has not been as fruitful for Partizan as it was twelve months ago.
PJ Dozier will not play for Partizan, while Valencia is without the quartet – Damien Inglis, Stefan Jovic, Kevin Pangos, and Boubacar Toure.
20:30 Virtus – Baskonia
This match can also be extremely interesting. The defeated team will finish in the tenth position, thus playing in the play-in against Anadolu Efes in Istanbul. The winner will face Maccabi Tel Aviv.
Devontae Cacok will not play for Virtus, while Isaia Cordinier is questionable. On the other side, Khalifa Diop is out, and it’s still unknown if Vanja Marinkovic will play.
21:00 Asvel – Barcelona
When it comes to EuroLeague discussions, Asvel has had another unsuccessful season and ended up at the bottom of the table. The only team worse than them in terms of performance is Berlin’s Alba. Barcelona is playing well and will finish third after the regular season.
Mbaye Ndiaye and Mike Scott are questionable for Asvel, while Willy Hernangomez will not play for Barcelona.
